What a Difference

We had "weather" a week ago Thursday. Mostly heavy snow and ice, and we all know what that means, I had no power for 20 hours, and we survived. Imagine that.

Here is what part of my tree during the storm.

And this was Sunday, 10 days later, most of the snow is gone, once the grass isn't a mud bogg I'll go retrieve the branch and cut it up for recycling.

Of course, someone told me yesterday to expect 6-10 more inches on Wednesday/Thursday. Which for me is okay. We haven't had enough snow for me this year, it has been mostly cold but no "snow reward". Bring it on. But I'd rather keep my power this time if you don't mind.
